So loved by everyone, I may not understand why life was taken from you, but it had to be your time to go but as anyone can see you're in a happier place, A place full of wonder and beauty i still can hear your voice and it reminds me the times we shared together memories i hold on to forever and i smile when i think about you..
His friends had the good fortune of his genuineness, warmth and good humor. He brought so much laughter and happiness into the lives he touched. He always looked out for others and often put their needs before his own. He had a rare quality that drew people to him and allowed him to find the goodness in others. There was never any pretension or prejudice about his feelings toward anyone. His love and friendship were very real. He considered all the people that helped him and his family in his struggle against diabetes with the utmost gratitude,appreciation and trust. Even as he bravely battled this disease, he never lost his outstanding sense of humor. His courage, spirit and will during this difficult time were indomitable.
He was an exceptionally honest, trustworthy man and a true gentleman. A father this good are missed terribly when they leave us, but we can all keep the memories we hold dearly alive in our hearts. We deeply admire his fine qualities and are so proud that this gem of a man was our father.

I would like to share something that will hopefully help everyone come to terms with what happened. Now I am not overly superstitious, but the day after he passed away, I had a dream in which I was consciously looking for my Dad in the spirit world. I was in a room and while I was searching for him, all these people whom I didn’t know started coming into the room. I think they were the spirits of other people who had passed away. At first I would catch glimpses of him in the back, but then he would disappear. I would call him, and he would appear again and again, but wouldn’t come out. Finally, he strode out of the crowd towards me. He was young again and he looked like he did in his prime. I gave him a hug to say goodbye and told him that I loved him and missed him, and his exact words to me were: “I’m on the members list. ”So don’t you worry about my father, as he’s on the member’s list and it sounds like it’s a good place to be.

I remembered when i was in elementary grade ,I always slept in their house.. everytime He gave lenlen money or something..He always say this.."lenlen,tagaan mo man si nene ha.. "i felt am part of their family because he always touched my forehead. One thing I regret I was not able to let him know how I appreciate his good deeds to me.. He is a father,mentor and a friend to me..THANK YOU VERY MUCH! I will always cherish my memories with him....

IN 1998,HE WON AGAIN AS MAYOR, WHILE I WON AS AN SB MEMBER.I SEPARATED FRM HIS PARTY N 2004, NOT BCOZ I LOSE MY TRUST AND CONFIDENCE ON HIM, BUT BECAUSE SOME OF HIS FOLLOWERS DON'T AGREE WITH WHAT I STAND FOR.HE LOST THE ELECTION I ALSO LOST AS AN SB MEMBER. TODAY,I BELIEVED HE IS THE BEST MAYOR THIS MUNICIPALITY EVER HAD.A LOT OF HIS SUPPORTERS STILL BELIEVED THAT F HE IS ONLY ALIVE HE CAN STILL BRING THIS MUNICIPALITY TO PROGRESS. thanks for creating this profile!!!I have been working with d late mayor billote for the last 6 years,he was ever supportive to every program/activities, in terms of sports,nutrition etc.He onced wanted to create a malward in his town but it wasn't realized due to ??? I was amazed to his kindness esp with the poor and deprived,his home was even made like a hospital.May HE rest in peace.
